A quaint bed & breakfast in a rambling 19th century farmhouse (circa 1820) located in Victor, NY—gateway to the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York.

We offer 4 guest rooms at our Inn...
Two are suites. They are brand new built in 2008. Located on the first floor. One has a king bed and pull out sofa, the other has 2 queen size beds. Both suites have these additional features: 26" flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave, and central air conditioning.

The other 2 rooms are on the second floor. One offers a King bed, with a twin bed tucked away under the eaves. The other has a queen bed. All rooms feature private baths, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi (wireless Internet access).

Guests enjoy full use of the cherry-paneled gathering room—our gourmet breakfast is served every morning in front of the picturesque window in the gathering room over looking Springdale Farm. On warm and sunny mornings breakfast can be found being served on the open front porch.
