Peaceful Retreat is located at the end of a private drive (past a vineyard and through the forest) with a large, fenced-in wooded yard. A children's jungle gym playground sits snuggly in the back yard.
Through the main entrance you will be greeted by the open dining room/living room layout with cathedral ceiling and small woodstove. The large dining room table seats 10. An L-shaped island with three bar stools separates the dining room and open kitchen. An abundance of wood cupboards stores everything you could need or want on your vacation. There are large windows on two walls for viewing the lake or looking out into the front of the house where wildlife roam. The many appliances, including 2 stove/oven units, side-by-side sinks, trash compactor, dishwasher, microwave, TV and refrigerator, will make preparing meals enjoyable for everyone. The large wrap-around deck is easy access from the dining/living room. All tile flooring is radiant-heated.
From the open living/dining room are double French sliders on to a large deck overlooking Seneca Lake. On the deck enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining. The deck furniture includes a table that seats 6, a comfortable couch and Adirondack chairs for watching the incredible Seneca Lake sunsets!
