About the B&B

The name "New Vines" is fitting for a number of reasons. First the B&B is located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. There are 4 wineries within two miles, and over 50 wineries within an hour drive. With the exploding popularity of Finger Lakes wine, many wineries are expanding their vineyards. You will see many new plantings in the immediate area, as well as on the premises. (see Sponsor a Vine)
The name also signifies a different approach to the Bed & Breakfast industry. New Vines B&B was built in 2007, and is a state of the art home custom built to be a Bed and Breakfast. Your stay will be in a spacious, modern layout that will provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience. The home is Energy Star rated, and is equipped with the latest in energy saving appliances, lighting, heating, cooling, and insulation.
The appeal of staying in a "new" place is universal, and we feel you're going to LOVE IT!!!

Accommodations: Four guest rooms, all with satellite television. Each has a private bathroom. A Porch and Great Room with fireplace are accessible to all guests. Both have beautiful views of Seneca Lake.
